Checking on oil levels is something that you cannot miss if you decided to have a car of your own. You can check it by looking at the oil dipstick. After you remove the dipstick, you should wipe it with clean rag because it may blurred by the oil. After you cleaning the dipstick, you need to dip it back and then pull it out to read the level of the oil. If your dipstick result shows oil level in the middle of dots H and L, it means that your oil level is in a good condition. The color of the oil can also be the critical indicator of the engine’s oil condition. If it is too black, it may indicate whether there is contaminant, excessive heat, chemical additives addition, or even sludge. The schedule of the oil change is ranging depending on the types of cars and oils.
